When you look at the Arpilleras work, do you think that they count as acts of revolution and rebellion? Do they count as voice? Why/Why not?
They do rebel against the dictatorship but I do not think they do anything overall physically. They do count as voice because they people who made them are putting words or thoughts into art to try and change something.
